Joint Executive Manager
for executing industrial projects in Romania
General tasks:
The company is a Hungarian subsidiary enjoys ten years of successful presence in Romania. Our client is seeking a joint executive manager for executing industrial projects.
Requirements:
* Technical/Engineering Degree preferably in Electrical engineering, plus a course in Economics is an advantage
* Experience in automation and process control
* Experience in Project management in any kind of industry, preferably in oil, chemical, food pharma or energetic
* Fluent English and Romanian is a must, fluent Hungarian is desirable
* Experience in a manager role (executive manager at middle sized company or middle management role at a multinational company)
* Drivers licence
* Business and result oriented way of thinking
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and to set priorities
* Good organising and managerial skills
